     Some people never get around to doing their estate planning.  They leave their family to deal with the legal process, courts, lawyers, appraisers, and bond salesmen.
     We at the Law Offices of Jay A. Rose have handled many probate matters for those estates that require court filings.  We strive to make it easier and less burdensome for the loved ones left behind to find their way through the legal maze of the Probate Court.
     Probate is not a simple procedure and takes legal skill and experience to settle estates.  We practice in all court of California and are familiar with local Probate Court rules.
